You don’t have to go through this season alone.
Pregnancy and early parenthood can be beautiful—and also deeply disorienting.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I know what it’s like to carry fear, grief, and hope all at once. My own experience with birth trauma and NICU life reshaped how I understand support—but you don’t need to know my story for us to begin yours.

My path into perinatal mental health wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal. During my own pregnancy, I walked through a season that was both beautiful and incredibly hard. I had a baby in the NICU, and nothing about that experience went how I expected.
There were moments of intense worry, moments of guilt for not feeling the way I thought I “should,” and a deep sense of disorientation—like the ground beneath me had shifted and I didn’t know how to stand on it yet.
What made the biggest difference wasn’t advice or quick reassurance—it was someone slowing down with me. Someone who asked what I actually needed and helped me find my footing. Someone who reminded me I wasn’t failing, I was just learning how to do something incredibly tender and hard: parent in the real world, not the ideal one.
That’s the kind of therapist I try to be now. I don’t come with quick fixes or pressure to bounce back. I come with presence, perspective, and the belief that you don’t have to figure this out alone.

What You Might Be Carrying
Maybe this isn’t how you thought it would feel. Maybe you’re carrying more than anyone sees—while still showing up every day for your baby.
You don’t have to wait until it’s a crisis to reach out. And you don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is let someone in.

How I Help
Trained to Support You, Personally and Professionally
I’m trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI), the global leader in perinatal mental health education and advocacy. My work is grounded in both evidence-based practices and lived understanding.
This training allows me to recognize the full spectrum of emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood—and to respond with care that’s both clinically informed and deeply attuned to your experience.
Whether you’re facing something new or still carrying pain from the past, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
You’re not weak for needing support.
You’re brave for wanting something more.
If something here resonates, I’d be honored to walk with you through it.
