Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

I offer individual and couples therapy for adults across Alabama via secure telehealth. Individual sessions are 50 minutes, while couples sessions are 75 minutes to allow more space for shared work. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on their needs.

My approach is values-based, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also offer collaborative sessions when it’s helpful to include a partner, support person, or other trusted figure in your care. We’ll always talk through it first to make sure it feels safe and supportive for you.
